Carolina Forest is an 11,000 plus acre master planned community just West of Myrtle Beach and East of Conway between Highway 501 and International Drive. With plans of nearly 20,000 homes and 55,000 residents upon completion, Carolina Forest is presently the areas only master planned community of such. Carolina Forest is conveniently located amongst several shopping centers, and is also close to Coastal Carolina University with over 8,000 students and steadily growing. Also depending on where you are located in Carolina Forest, you have just a short drive to either of two of the areas largest hospitals. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is just a short drive to the new "Freestyle Music Park".

There are several Golf Courses in the Area and dining is not a problem with several well known and mom-n-pop restaurants opening nearby. There are several communities in the Carolina Forest Area.
