Windsor Green is the absolutely gorgeous community of two and three story condominium buildings located off of Gateway Drive across from Waterford Plantation. There are several two, three and even a few four bedroom floor plans offered in the neighborhood depending on what phase you are in. Phase 1 has the largest two bedroom units in the complex measuring nearly 1200 square feet. Most other two bedrooms in Windsor Green are around 1000 square feet. The three bedroom condominiums are very nice with most of them measuring around 1200 square feet. You can get a two or three bedroom unit either overlooking the Wizard Golf Course or a “Garden Villa” which overlooks a lake. Also, there are a few four bedroom units in the community that are extremely nice and large units measuring approximately 2300 square feet. All of the four bedroom units in Windsor Green are Garden Villas.

The property at Windsor Green is managed by “Benchmark Management” with an office located in the clubhouse of the community. Onsite you will find two swimming pools with the larger of the two being close to the front next to the clubhouse. Also, you will find grills, a playground and gazebo near this pool. The pool toward the rear of the complex was added recently, because of the distance of the back buildings to the front entrance pool. As a local Realtor and residence of the Carolina Forest Area, Windsor Green is one of my favorite condo communities personally, because of the outstanding location and beautiful appeal of the environment.
