Sawgrass East is off of Carolina Forest Boulevard approximately 2 miles from Highway 501. This “Portrait Homes” community offers either 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom floor plans. There is a swimming pool area and cabana within the community.

Sawgrass East offers one of the lower POA fees in the Carolina Forest Area, as many of the other communities have realized greater insurance assessments.
