LongLeaf Place is a quaint community located between 38th and 44th Avenues North just off of Little River Road. Most of the homes in this community are of a patio style and are, therefore, reasonably priced in the low 90′s to high 170′s. Most of the homes fall within the 1100-1400 heated square feet range and are all approximately 13-20 years old.
Upon visiting this neighborhood, you will notice that the homes are in a central location, just a short drive to local restaurants and shopping. Residents of this neighborhood can easily access the beach by drive east down either 38th or 44th Avenue until it dead ends at the beach. In addition to be close to the beach, dining, and shopping, Pine Lakes Country Club and Myrtlewood Golf Course are just as short drive, as is Broadway at the Beach at the dining, shopping, and nightlife it has to offer.
